HEADACHE ! Cause I'm thinking of what to post. Well, Christmas is coming, I'll post something about Christmas. Topic is:SANTA VS JESUS! 1.Santalives at the North Pole ... JESUS is everywhere.
2.Santarides in a sleigh ...JESUSrides on the wind and walks on the water.
3.Santacomes but once a year. JESUSis an ever present help.
4.Santafills your stockings with goodies ...JESUSsupplies all your needs.
5.Santa comes down your chimney uninvited ... JESUS stands at your door and knocks, and enters your heart.
6.You have to wait in line to see Santa ... JESUS is as close as the mention of His name.
7.Santa lets you sit on his lap ... JESUS lets you rest in His Arms.
8.Santa doesn't know your name, all he can say is "Hi little boy or girl, what's your name?" ... JESUS knew our name before we did. Not only does He know our name, He knows our history and future, and He even knows our hearts & how many hairs are on our heads.
9.Santa has a belly like a bowl full of jelly ... JESUS has a heart full of love, grace, mercy & forgiveness.
10.All Santa can offer is HO HO HO ... JESUS says "Cast your cares on me for I care for you."
11.Santa's little helpers make toys ... JESUS makes a new life, mends wounded hearts, repairs broken homes and builds mansions.
12.Santa may make you chuckle but ... JESUS gives you joy that is your strength.
13.While Santa puts gifts under your tree ... JESUS became our gift and died on the cross, For you & for me.
It's obvious there is really no comparison. We need to remember WHO Christmas is all about. We need to put CHRIST back in Christmas, Jesus is still the reason for the season.
